Sinister minister - 7% ABV

our flagship i.p.a., unfiltered and generously hopped. it pours a vibrant orange with a malty backbone to balance the hops. dry-hopped to further accent the bright citrus, floral & stone fruit aroma with a hint of resinous pine.

days get shorter - 5.4% ABV

This winters version comes at you with a soft, bitter chocolate taste to start, then follows up with an acidic tart cherry flavour to close out this delectable treat.

Margo milk stout - 8% abv

Margo is back for year 2 and as delicious as we remember. Fresh strawberries and chocolate with the added touch of arrowroot cookies. Throw in some lactose for the perfect seasonal stout. 

punk rock pilsner - 4.6% abv

a new world take on a traditional style beer, our pilsner is unfiltered,  and dry-hopped with Amarillo and Mandarina Bavaria hops. This clean and crisp beer finishes with a slight citrus flavour and soft bitterness.

enlightenment blonde ale - 5%abv

Our blonde ale is lightly filtered and perfectly balanced to give you a full flavoured, refreshing approachable beer.

midnight mass oatmeal chicory stout - 6.6% abv

aromas of espresso and chocolate that carry through in the taste as well as a creamy mouthfeel from the oats that is sure to comfort you throughout the winter months.
