Continuing The Tradition
We are local brewers crafting traditional style ales and lagers using all natural ingredients. We stand committed to locally produce unique and drinkable, fresh craft beer of the highest quality. Making beer in small batches has given us creative license to experiment and brew a variety of beer styles.
Our small but mighty kitchen has created a menu loaded with scrumptious flatbreads, grain bowls, chicken wings, burgers and sandwiches. We think fresh. No fried foods here.
Welcome to The Sanctuary - Centre for the Arts, home of Brimstone Brewing Company! Nestled in a beautifully re-imagined 20-century church, our brewery is part of a vibrant multi-use facility that hosts an array of activities, including Theatre plays, workout classes, trivia, maker markets, corn hole league and most of all concerts.
